You will learn:

Starfish Class

  1. Swimmer will be able to keep their head in the water for 2-3 strokes and

  2. Swimmer will come up for a breath, for 3 to 4 body lengths unassisted to join this class.

  3. We will work on getting the swimmers to propel themselves independently with good freestyle form and rhythmic breathing with

  4. Rotary breathing for at least 15 yards.

  5. Treading water and standing dives will also be introduced.
