All classes are a 4:1 ratio
All classes are 30 - minute long
This is a drop off program, parents will drop off at the pool door at Four Fitness - Hamilton Park located at 161 Erie St, Jersey City. Live simulcasting will be available to watch classes from your device.
Classes for children aged 3 and up will have required equipment that we provided on the first day of class.
