In order to provide results driven learning, we always have a student to instructor ratio of 4:1

Every child learns at their own pace given their past experiences or lack of experience in and around water.

We recommend that you attend MYSS classes two days a week for optimal results.

All MYSS classes run for 30 minutes each.

We have maintained the same base pricing as before however our monthly subscription has the best value.

In the case of Month-to-Month (M2M) Memberships and Class Packs we request our students to decide on the best suited day and time to attend their weekly recurring classes in order to gain the most consistent and effective learning experience!

However in special cases this option is available as a one-time courtesy and will be subject to availability and swim level of the student.

We provide all their swimming gear: goggles, floatie, cap, swim towel, & swim bag to NEW students.

You will need to send the student in their bathing suit, the swim gear given on the first day.

All swimmers must be dry and fully dressed(ie, no leaving the pool deck in a towel) prior to exiting the pool area.

To maintain safety on the pool deck, our partnered facility requires no parents on the pool deck.

Additionally, this helps children to be more focused, confident, and responsive to their instructors while building trust, listening more attentively, and gaining independence in the water — all of which contribute to faster progress and stronger skills.

We are always happy to share feedback or answer any questions you have after class.

We provide parents/caregivers with a zoom link to the class to livestream the session from any personal device. Link is issued to you after registration in the “Additional Details” email that is sent to you. Please notify staff at the door if you have any issues viewing the class.

Our instructors and team make observations every class and when we see the child is ready to level up we reach out personally to update.

Meanwhile feel free to reach out to us anytime to learn about your child’s progress and we would be happy to discuss!

All MYSS Swim Instructors are patient, friendly, warm and caring. Instructors have been trained on how to deal with difficult situations during the student’s transition and adjustment. Additionally, by having a small 4:1 swimmer to instructor ratio, this allows us to closely monitor group dynamics during our classes.

Registration are open! Space is limited, please register early to reserve your desired time and date!

Yes. Make sure to sign up for the 2 X Week option, so we can accommodate two siblings in the same week at the best rate.

Any caregiver who is willing to attend swim classes with baby is welcome to participate in the Mommy & Me classes! Only one parent/caregiver is permitted in the facility.

For Month-to-Month (M2M) Membership: To qualify for a make up class, please provide at least 24-hour notice of absence by emailing Sarah at sarah.missyvonneswimschool@gmail.com, as this helps us keep schedules running smoothly. 1 make up (subject to class schedule) available every 8 weeks, based on availability.  Please note: if a scheduled make up class is missed or cancelled, no further make ups will be offered.

For 10-Class-Pass: Cancellation must be made 24-hour before scheduled class, 1 make up (subject to class schedule) available, based on availability. You will have 7 days from the last day of the pack to utilize any previously unused session. Any session remaining after the 7-day grace period following the package end date will be forfeited.

For 20-Class-Pass: Cancellation must be made 24-hour before scheduled class, 2 make up (subject to class schedule) available, based on availability. You will have 7 days from the last day of the pack to utilize any previously unused session. Any sessions remaining after the 7-day grace period following the package end date will be forfeited.

You are able to freeze your Month-to-Month (M2M) at any time with a 30-day advance email submission of the MYSS Freeze Form for more than 2 weeks, up to 3 months.

There is a $50 freeze fee to hold your child’s spot in the class day and time until their return.

Delivering the MYSS experience incurs numerous irreversible spending decisions months before the program begins.

Holding a space for a student may result in turning away other students throughout the year.

For these reasons, parents/caregivers acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation policy:
